Before You Order

Where do you ship to?

We deliver across Australia and to selected international destinations. Availability depends on the products and delivery address; your available options are shown at checkout. See our shipping policy.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 1–3 business days for processing, plus the delivery estimate at checkout. Options depend on your products and address. See our shipping policy for current rates and timeframes.

What is your return policy?

Most items are eligible for change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Contact hello@venushaven.com with your order number, tracking number and reason for return. Change-of-mind return shipping is deducted from your refund; we cover return shipping for defective, damaged or incorrect items. These conditions do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law. See our refund policy.

Which items are excluded from change-of-mind returns?

Change-of-mind exclusions include underwear, swimwear and intimate apparel; opened or used consumables; Final Sale items; and gift cards. These exclusions and the 30-day change-of-mind window do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law, for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods. See our refund policy, or contact hello@venushaven.com for help.
